Auto Batch Mill
Auto Batch Mill
The Rocklabs ABM3000 is a highly productive and cost-effective mill for running large batches of samples. It can pulverise to a fineness of 75 microns and run in batches of up to 23, at a maximum of 1000g per sample.
The ABM3000 is fully programmable by LCD touch screen so that each sample can have its own grinding specifications and features automated wash and vacuum cycles to eliminate contamination.
Integration with Rocklabs automated systems available for efficient and seamless production.

Suitable for coarse pulverisation of large samples up to 10kg, the continuous flow through operation makes the Continuous Ring Mill one of our toughest and most efficient pulverisers.
Featuring quiet operation and a combination of splitting segments available, the Rocklabs Continuous Flow Ring Mill combines pulverising and splitting into a single process for greater efficiencies.
With built-in ducting for easy connection to dust extraction systems, this is a low maintenance, easy to use machine and a neat addition to your sampling set up.

RM1000
RM1000
Rocklabs RM1000 is a robust machine that can handle samples of between 1-1000g, pulverising down to a final size of 75 microns.
It has two clamping options available – a pneumatic airbag clamp and the rotoclamp mechanical clamp. There are also smaller head options available, which can be used with an adaptor plate for added versatility.
Featuring strong construction, the RM1000 is reliable and safe with very little maintenance required.

RM2000
RM2000
The Rocklabs RM2000 is the heavy duty version of the RM1000, handling loads between 2001500g.
Pulverising down to less than 75 microns, the one piece powder coated metal cabinet reduces contamination of samples to a minimum, while maintaining quiet operation.
A two handed clamping operation and optional lift assist comes as a convenient extra for assisted head locating during loading and unloading.

The Rocklabs Bench Top Ring Mill is a quiet, efficient, more compact version of the standard ring mill.
With quiet operation , it can pulverise a variety of material up to 100g with little effort. Designed to sit on a bench top, operation is easy and its small and compact size means it requires very little maintenance. It’s as close as you can get to plug and play.
